Functional Group Training

It is time to push past your plateau. This class incorporates everything your body needs to get fit! The class uses various pieces of equipment such as medicine balls, resistance bands, ropes and Kettle Bells to keep your body constantly moving and feel results. The class theme changes every two weeks to increase endurance, build muscle, and improve balance and flexibility. Also receive nutritional guidance from one of our Certified Personal Trainers, and stay focused and motivated with others that share your goal.
