This class focuses on all the basic techniques of Kick boxing and Boxing. Condition and improve upper body strength by utilizing the bags while toning the lower body with Kick boxing specific movements. Benefit from strength, cardio, and core training exercises done in a circuit style. You Will build endurance and burn fat, achieving maximum results while having fun.

Shorin Ryu Karate Do
Is a self defense/ self improvement course that teaches self control, discipline of the mind and body. We encourage parental participation because We at KO Fitness Center
have found that parental involvement will benefit the child productivity tremendously. Children who take the class will learn the following: Learn to follow classroom etiquette have a more positive outlook show pride and confidence in their accomplishments show respect for their responsibilities especially at home are better at protecting themselves against injuries on the playground and at home learn history, culture and language.

Silver Sneakers Participants will have fun as they increase their muscular strength, flexibility and functional skills for improving daily living activities.This is a multi level equipment based class which takes the member through a variety of exercises using hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball. Silver Sneakers is right for older adults regardless of their fitness level.

  functional   Functional Group Training
It is time to push past your plateau. This class incorporates everything your body needs to get fit! The class uses various pieces of equipment such as medicine balls, resistance bands, ropes and Kettle Bells to keep your body constantly moving and feel results. The class theme changes every two weeks to increase endurance, build muscle, and improve balance and flexibility. Also receive nutritional guidance from one of our Certified Personal Trainers, and stay focused and motivated with others that share your goal.
